How do I take all four?
The vitamin C is the only powder: 1 g, about two-thirds of the scoop, into cold water, juice or a smoothie. The NAD+ and the glutathione are metered sprays — shake, spray, done. The D3 + K2 is a single dropper. Nothing needs warming, shaking in advance or taking with food.
Why NAD+ in a travel kit?
Because the complaint this kit is built around is energy, not illness. We are not going to tell you it fixes jet lag — nothing does, and anyone saying otherwise is selling you something. What we can tell you is exactly what you are getting: 250 mg in 100 metered sprays, one to start with to see how you get on, then one or two a day. If you would rather skip it, the vitamin C, D3 + K2 and glutathione work perfectly well as a three.
Do I need the D3 and K2 together?
They're sold together in one bottle because K2 is commonly taken alongside D3. If you already have a D3 you're happy with, the K2 MK-7 drops are sold on their own. One thing to know either way: K2 interacts with anticoagulant medication, so if you take a blood thinner, check with your doctor before adding either.
How long does the kit last?
The 100 g vitamin C is about 100 servings at 1 g a day. The NAD+ spray is 100 metered sprays, so somewhere between 50 and 100 days depending on whether you take one or two. The D3 + K2 dropper runs on a similar monthly rhythm, so the kit is roughly a season of daily use for one person.
